Hello again,
I contacted my pdls sunday and i got no response about i was being charged to much in fees and i got no response. this tim i emailed them again with this inserted.once again this is how much i should be paying in fees not your state fees. $15 per 100 the site address is www.legis.state.wi.us/lrb/pubs/wb/04wb9.pdf please re adjust the fees.
I think they are ignoring me what should i do. i e-mailed my bank telling them that i want to stop unauthorized debits from my checking account. i haven't heard from them yet but it was closed when i e-mailed them. please help.

Hi,

Have you thought about typing up a letter and faxing that to them? There are a few sample letters here you can use as a basis. If possible, include the law citation and quote the law in the letter.

As for your bank, first thing tomorrow I would call them to make sure someone acts on the email request for a stop payment. Some banks require written mailed notification within a certain number of days of the phone request. You'll want to find out what your bank wants, and how long the stop payment will remain on the acct.

Send your request to the payday loan company in writing through certified mail with return receipt requested. In case, they want to ignore emails, they can't ignore a registered letter.

Your written letters will prove the facts that you have tried to make payments in a feasible manner. You can also put a complaint to the attorney general of your state and request them to get the details from the company.
