We have operated your account with us strictly according to the terms and conditions to which you agreed when taking the loan from us.
The loan is still active and as such we require you to confirm to us whether you wish to pay the fee only or the full balance upon your next pay date.
We have made no illegal act, under the terms and conditions to which you agreed you have;-
a) Agreed to the loan with Cash Today being covered ‘solely by UK law’
b) Agreed permission for Cash Today to make ACH debits and credits from your account for ‘as long as the account with Us remains active’
As I have indicated, you have at no time paid the full balance to close the account as per the terms and conditions, and as such the account is still active and open.
Regards

Hi anncraf2002
There are many other members here who are discussing on the activities of Cash Today. If you have taken a loan from Cash Today, you will have to pay them. But the company should understand that you will pay that amount only that is feasible.
Being that said, you have the rights to get an itemized statement of the loan account and review the charges. Send your request in writing so that they review your account and provide you the necessary info.

I know, get in touch with your bank and dispute the debits with Cash Today. The company may fail to verify the charges and the dispute won't be honored by them. If this happens, you hold a case against Cash Today. There are lots of similar complaints against Cash Today at the local law enforcement agencies and with the FTC as well as the BBB. If you haven't filed your complaint, you will definitely like to do so.
