I have been contacted by the business Legal Mediation Practice for failure to pay a pay day loan. I am willing to pay the loan. Is it possible that they can press charges against me? If so what is the worst case senario?

i couldn't find them w/ better business bureau. ask for a address and phone number. try calling the number back to see if anyone answers. or call the ag's office

As you are willing to pay the loan, try calling the payday loan lender and work out arrangements with them. Explain your problems and offer them a payment plan. Doing this, I hope you will be able to take care of the situation.
