800-320-9347
Have you tried just dialing the number and asking what company they are? It seems strange they aren't saying who they are with.
800-320-9347
I have also not seen this number listed anywhere. Maybe, it's a computer generated number. Try to pick up the phone when they call you next time. You might get some information from them.

Have you checked your credit report to see if there is/are any delinquent account/s showing up that they are trying to collect on?
ER Solutions Collection Agency
ER Solutions Collection Agency call me everyday and leave an automated msg. They have gotten my cell number somehow. I don't pick up out of area calls and let them roll over to my voicemail. When I listen to the msg. later on all I hear is the automated msg. to call back. No company name, no reference to the purpose or the reason for their call so I don't worry about it. I am already 6ft. under financially due to being laid off few years ago so there's nothing they can do more then what's been done already.
800-320-9347 Collection?
Well, all I can say I don't know of any such agency looking for me but who knows am out of work and don't have any money anyhow so this is the last month they will bother me as I am shutting off my cell.
800-320-9347 - just talked to them
They call me too on a new cell number I have. I finally answered the call. They were looking for someone else. I explained that there was no one by that name at my number and asked to be taken off their call list (figuring they were telemarketers), and the a-hole on the other end started smarting off to me. Collections sounds about right.
800-320-934 - ER or ES solutions - sounds like fraud
Hello Fellows,
I have been harrased by this company in attempt to collect debt which I never thought existed and their story about activity is almost accurate but the dates were off which gave it away they are a fraud.
Basically, I got a call this morning and the the lady was very rude, "we are collecting debt for Bank of America how would you like to pay, credit card or checking account"
I responded, who in their right mind would want to make a payment for a debt which they did not know existed and 2) pay it to you over the PHONE when you not related to bank of america.
She kind of got diffused - really ticked me off cus its Friday morning supposed to be fun - not.
Soooo I gave her a piece of mind.
She said that if the account was closed by bank of america they have no trace of the account. she said our databases are different from theirs.
Sounds fishy as hell right - I told her I want to confirm with bank of america first. She said I have all your account information - do you live at....
I told her, I am not going to answer that question.
All I can say is be careful and don't make any payments you have DOUBT over - over the phone and especially to a non bank.
I will report this buggers as they are harrassing me and its against the law.

holy smokes this person was very rude. i was absolutely polite and told her i'd have to call bank of america in the morning (they called at 9pm) to see why they're calling. the lady said "i'll just post date the payment until thursday, give me a credit card number" in response. when i told her that was absolutely crazy she said "OK" and hung up on me.
my bank of america account still has money in it, i just checked..
800-320-9347 calling for Bank of America
I finally got a letter from this company and it's the same number that had called me over and over. 800-320-9347. they are a debt collection for Bank of America. they are calling me about a bank account my ex-husband let go overdrawn. Love how this works! He gets overdrawn and they expect me to pay for it!! :x

I think this is a collection agency called ER Solutions. I received a call as well and googled them.
cell number
I know this is old but this might help ease someones mind that comes across this in the future. I'm having the same issue right now, looks like they're calling for whoever had my cell number before me - and yes they are so vague w/ the message.
it's fraud ya'll
At first 800-320-9347 called once a day, then increased to twice a day. This began about two weeks ago. They never left a message. That alone made me suspicious. I never answered, nor did I call back. I finally googled the number and saw that others were having similar problems. I began filing a complaint at the Federal Trade Commission website but was stopped by a question of whether the telemarketer had called back after I asked them to stop.
I decided to call the number and ask them to stop. I was met by a fully belligerent male who began asking me if I was someone I was not. Our exchange quickly became heated - he was acting just as angry as me. He both resisted everything I said and twisted it into an excuse to get information from me. I finally hung up on him after only verifying my phone number, which I knew they already had.
If they call again I will go back to the FTC website and finish my complaint. In the meantime, I contacted my local NBC affiliate news department. I will also contact local consumer protection people.
Though I knew I was up-to-speed on all of my debt, to be careful, I also contacted my credit cards. I never even had to speak with a human - "no payment due" they all confirmed.
I was once sent into Collections years ago and they never operated like this. This is brazen ID theft, if you ask me.
800-320-9347
This number has been recently and calling and leaves a computer generated answer. Be with you shortly, then I hang up. The phone they are calling me on belongs to company I work for so no this could be a scam. In collecting your private information. :?:

I get a call from this number at least two a day, I asked them not to call. And
if this is the case where they're a collection agency for B of A, than why did I received an actually letter from a collection agency for B of A, with different information on it and a different number to, I do owe them but this is not the collection agency on the formal letter. I don't know about this but I will report them to the FTC, I told these people not to call me at all. And they still keep doing it. You don't get an answer when you call back. They ask for an account number over the phone I don't have not such think. Its crazy.
Yes i just recently got calls from them. Very rude on the phone,
Yes i just recently got calls from them. Very rude on the phone, and to top it off i don't owe Bank Of America anything.

This is a good number for ER Solutions 800-320-9347. They don't say the company name when you call but when the customer service operator picks up she says the company name.

Bank of america changed all my purchases around and had them pend for over 5 business days instead of in the order they were made to conveinently be able to add 8 $35.00 overdraft fees instead of the 1 I would have incurred. Not only did I put the money in the account to cover my ONE $3.00 transcation I did not have enough for, they held my deposit til everything cleared first to ensure I would get the fees. To hell with paying B of A anything or any collection agency they send after you.

I went through so many shenanegans with this type of crap with BofA that I finally said 'screw you' and walked away from a 5-figure credit card debt. I had a small business credit card they kept giving me late and overdraft fees on (I paid online with my BofA checking account, but they kept playing the delay game). Every month I was on the phone disputing. Finally they cut off my card. While I was disputing and showing proof that I wasn't delinquent, they reached into my company checking account and withdrew $1300 ($1k for the card and $300 of fees). WTF?
4 months later they screwed with my personal credit card and jacked up the rate on my fixed 6% (special deal they had back in 2003). When I told them that it was a fixed rate, the response I got was that they can change terms. So I decided to change my repayment terms.

Bank of America will prosecute before sending to collections, that is what banks do. Overdrawn accounts are always prosecuted, they would spend more money to have a collection agency collect than to just have you go to court and have you pay court costs.
BOA Collections
The bit about BOA prosecuting on a defaulted debt is quite untrue. It takes more for them to get a legal finding of delinquency, and then a judge's order for payment, then for a collections agency to do the dirty work. BOA doesn't even get involved. They sell the debt to the collections agency, asking for a certain percentage of the amount of the debt recovered. In most cases, if one agency can't collect, then another agency will buy the debt (an agency that assumes higher risk delinquent accounts), and so on, until finally, if the debt is over a certain amount, the debt collection agency may take the issue to court. It takes a long time to reach that process, however, particularly if it is something like an overdrawn checking account.
