I am trying to send letters to all my lenders in regards to their violations of Texas laws. I have sent to everyone but cash advance network and GECS. Cash Advance Network has not contacted me, and I have been unable to get them by mail or phone or email, so I guess I will just ignore them until they contact me, unless anyone has any other ideas.

I withdrew them from consolidtion after I received the information from New Mexico. Obviously they are hiding and trying to keep from getting caught. Makes a person wonder what they are hiding from.

Hmmm- did you ever hear anything from them about your account? I have not ever received a call or letter since I defaulted and went with T&C in January. The payments that T&C has tried to send to various addresses have all been returned with an invalid address, so they haven't gotten any money from me.

I had cash advance network too. Took them off T&C. I haven't heard from them either since I defaulted on the loan Until I hear from them I'm not going to do anything about them.

We have never heard from them either. Must not want paid back awful bad or are in hiding. Til they contact me, I am not going to worry about it.

Well, I suppose that is good news. I will also remove them from T&C and wait to hear from them. I just worry about the proverbial shoe drop.

i just closed my checking account and opened a new account. they won't get any more money from me neither.
