Got this a minute ago...those fools said they have replied several times but I've gotten nothing until now..YIPPEE

We have sent many responses to this same email, please check your spam folder!
One more time, here it is:
Ms.

We replied to you once before, wanting to know exactly what was your specific complaint? We believe we have followed all the terms and conditions, and we deposited money into your bank account at your request. Since this was your 2nd loan we assume you did understand the terms fully. You even called in to our collections dept to make arrangements on 04/11/06. Then on 04/14/06 you decide not to pay, and we should forgive your loan??

Again, your options were spelled out before each debit, and you would have been allowed to pay in full at any time, all the account summaries outlining all your options and the terms were sent to you at this same email address you have contacted us at.

Because you failed to call our collections dept to make arrangements a paper check has been presented to your bank for the full amount due of $145.00. This was in your contract, which I can fax to you at your request.

In one last effort to try to assist you, we will write off the balance if the check is returned to us. Right now your account balance is zero and you are barred by name and SSN, to do business with us or any of our affiliates in the future.

They were all emails, Sue. I didn't want to use the fax at work because they would then have the number and I sure as heck wasn't going to pay to send them. So I emailed all three of their departments at once sending the same letter. I sent them a total of 25 emails in the last week..

The only response that I have gotten is a bunch of lies due to a complaint I filed with the BBB. They also stated they have been trying to contact me over the last several months but that is hogwash. I checked my spam folder every few days and I have seen nothing from them. I hope they do come crashing down but I downloaded the pdf complaint form for the NV Consumer Affairs Divison. I'm going to get ink for my printer tonight and get busy later this evening. I will get a refund from this company because I have severely overpaid them.

Hi

Did you ask for an itemized statement from the company? Tell them that you want to compare your payments made so far towards the account. It's your right to ask for the details and it should be given to you in writing.

Also, my personal view is that you have been charged excessively on this loan account. This puts me to file a complaint with the local attorney general in your area and verify the permissible interest rates.

The company must give you the complete breakdown of the amount before requesting further payment. Moreover, you can take the help of your bank also in this matter.

Open Name,

They cannot have you arrested or prosecute you on criminal charges. I do believe in the State of Texas even the mention of criminal charges is illegal. I believe this is a clause in their payday loan laws there. Keep a record of all the e-mails and voice mails that you receive from United Cash. Check consumerlaw.org for the laws in Texas, it will give a brief synopsis. Also, file a complaint with the attorney general in Texas regarding this matter.
