Hi maybhot2joe
NPA is a collection agency trying to call you. Beware, they are one of the worst CA's in the industry. It is very important to be aware of the federal laws and your legal rights before you make a commitment.
Firstly, you must insist them to do all the correspondences in writing. Get the details of your account from them in writing. Do not believe on oral communication. Send your letters through certified mail and have everything documented in a file. Once you cover your entire basis in legal terms, you will be able to fight if they sound like a problem.
Here is their contact address.
National Processing Of America
PO BOX 140010 Kansas City,
MO 64114
Telephone: (800) 701-5215

I just had a message to call them also. They called my sisters house and left a messge. The guy, Ron Reynolds, that called said that he has tried to contact me several times. Funny because I have an answering machine and caller id and there was never a call. I called and left a message that I want everything in writting and all future contact in writing. I know they will probably call me back but I will tell them the same thing.

I just had this guy call me from this phone number and call me at my job, I don't have a clue who is and he tried to make me say I had an account with National Pay, I told him do not call my job. They are horrible.

Okay I am confused why is it wrong for someone who is looking for help to re-activate a thread if THAT thread is relevant to their problem or question? In my personal opinion you don't seem to be very supportive of a new guest or member wannabe

why is it wrong to post about a topic that pertains to a question one might have and why was my other post deleted? I have seen posts on other threads that are more than a year old. I had this number call me recently and googled the number this website came up but not sure why

they called my cell phone, just said this is npa, did not disclose what they were calling for, but lately i have been getting collection agency's calling me on old accounts saying i haven't paid , but i have and have proof, but this is just ridiculously that they stoop this low to get money on old accounts they know are paid
NPA
I have recieved calls from a Mr. West at the same number, I called the nuber back after hours and they said they were NPA. I tried to look them up & couldn't get info on them. I called back & left a message on his voicemail that I wanted to know the nature of his call and the company he is calling from. He reurned my call & left another message on my voice mail stating that he is from Nancy Paul and Andrew.
He would not give any other information and stated he would need to verify my ss#.
I have in the past gotten 913 on my vm also.
Can anyone give me info on who they really are & how to get info on the company?

He said if they do you can file a lawsuit against them for up to 10k. So guess what I am doing tomorrow morning?
