Please provide me with T&C contact information. I have too many outstanding payday loans that I would like to consolidate. Thank you in advance.

Hi cdlewis

You will be getting a call from the consultant in your area shortly. Discuss your accounts with him in details. He will negotiate with your lenders and arrange a suitable monthly pay off. This program will surely help you in coming out of the debt cycle. Good luck!

Please help me. I have too many outstanding payday loans and I can't get out from under them. I am having trouble paying my other bills because this money keeps coming out of my checking account. I am now up to about $750 every two weeks and I don't know what to do. I have heard of a place called T&C which can help consolodate these loans. If anyone can give me the information to contact them I would truly appreciate it.

Hi joumbaba

If I had been you, I would have first closed my checking account after talking with the bank. This is to make sure that no further debits are made in the account. Then, I will contact each of the pdl lenders and work out arrangements with them. I will stick to my proposals and send them money through check only. Slowly, I would have seen my payday loans shrinking after a period of time.

Do register in this site and you will get a professional counseling for free. It will you a lot.

Payday loan companies are not required to follow the cease and desist clause as per the federal laws. This is applicable on collection agencies only. Talk to them and try to resolve the matter. They are calling you to get their money. Make some partial payments so that they are assured of receiving something towards the account.
