How do you get the donate button on under my name?

The little pix next to the userid are called 'avatars' that you can search online in the internet. Just search for it in the google and pick the one you like.

Instructions on uploading the avatars are given at the link below.

Make sure that your avatar fits to the size this system takes. You can use your own picture also as an avatar.
