Hey there again. For some reason, I am having issues with logging in again and not being able to post a reply to topics. I know it can't be a computer setting of mine because I am getting the same problem at whatever computer I login at.

Today, I had to again reactivate my account. I then changed my new password given to me after logging in back to the one I want. I did this step yesterday as well. And today, I login with the password I know, and it tells me that I have entered the wrong info...Any ideas? Anyone else having this problem?

I am not facing this problem. Try using ctrl+f5 in case the file is cached locally. Can you please help me fix this problem by letting me know,

  • Browser with version.
  • Operating system used.
  • Type of Internet connectivity.

We did some upgrades to debtconsolidationcare.com to provide a better experience. Please let me know if anyone else is facing this problem.

Thanks,
Vikas

I am using the following:

Browser: Mozilla Firefox
When I use IE, I get the same response.
OS: Windows XP Home
Connection: Broadband

I was able to login without problems today, but when trying to post using the "postreply" button, I don't get anything but a blank white page. Using quick reply seems to be working okay.

I have been having problems getting my posts to post. I did what John and now Vikas suggested ctrl F5 and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I also sometimes have to log out and log back in because it keeps telling me I just finished a search, please check back in a few minutes.

I am running Windows Professional with DSL.

I recently found if you are using the "Post Reply" button at the bottom of the screen, it doesn't work, but if you scroll up to the top of the screen and use that "post Reply" button it works ok.

Thanks Clay,

Your observation helped me solve the problem, thanks dear. Do let me know if there are other problems. We have enabled a cache system to make debtcc faster but it is creating local cache and I am trying to solve the problem. If the pages have a local cache you need to press ctrl+f5 to get a fresh copy.

Happy weekend,
Vikas

Let's take the second problem,

I also sometimes have to log out and log back in because it keeps telling me I just finished a search, please check back in a few minutes.

I am using mozilla, cable connection...When I click on a thread it sometimes tells me I can't search so soon after my last search.

I never encountered this problem, can you please give me more details? I need to know,

  • How frequently does it happen?
  • what all time does it happen? Does it happen with some event like click on a particular forum topic?

I have forwarded this problem to Patrik for extensive testing. Is anyone else facing this problem?

Sorry for inconvenience caused.

Regards,
Vikas

It seems like I'm usually told I can't search so soon again right after I post, but it has done it once or twice when I first come onto the site and click on a topic..I believe the message almost verbatim is "you may not perform a search so soon after your last one. Please try again in a few minutes" I haven't had that happen since Friday afternoon, though, I think...And I've been on quite a bit since.
