In their forum they have an "Ask a Banker" question, where like in this forum even an unregistered guest can ask questions about banking procedures and policies. For instance, last night I asked about our credit union not reviewing unauthorized transactions because the information is in hubby's name. Today I got an answer that as joint acct holder the credit union should have honored my request with no delay, and I was given supporting law citation.
I was unsure of posting a question there until I saw someone trying to get information on how to start a pdl company, and the bankers slammed them down. Stated that they don't like predatory lending and pdls. I would consider them an ally then. :)
That looks like a great resource, it will come in handy for many

That is s great site!! Its gonna take me awhile to check it all out, but they seem to have a lot of useful information. I have also seen others post references to that same site , I want to say it was something about Federal Reserve Regulations.. A definite resource for consumers.
Way to go Dana, excellent find. I will be checking out the site

Clay,
weeks ago I posted a link to the Bankers Online site, in regards to a question about Reg E. Others may have posted links to info on that site, I may not have caught it all. They have a LOT of interesting info on there. I spent hours last night reading their forum. Very useful imo.
