Thanks for responding, it is an internet based pay day lender, they just sent the info to me to validate my debt and the pay day loan was never signed by me. I was also sent a cash agreement which was signed by me but it had no name stating a company or cash amount and it was a horrible copy, I could hardly read what it said but yet in still the pay day application was a perfect copy although again it was not signed, had no amount listed on it and had handwritten information on it which was definitely not my handwritting stating the amount borrowed and it had some incorrect information on it about me.

I don't think this contract seems to be legal in anyway. The first and foremost requirement of a loan contract is that it should be signed in person by you. Digital signatures are not valid in the loan contracts. I will like to talk to your attorney in this matter.

Thank you guys for your replies, I thought it was something fishy about the info that was sent to me, I am currently checking my bank account just to see if any transactions took place on the date in question. Your valued opinion is very appreciated.
