Hello all was just wandering if a PDL is valid with no signature? Even if it says it can't be processed without signature? And if the loan note and the cash agreement should both have details of the loan amount printed on both statements along with the name of the lending company, and if not do you think it may be a scam.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks for responding, it is an internet based pay day lender, they just sent the info to me to validate my debt and the pay day loan was never signed by me. I was also sent a cash agreement which was signed by me but it had no name stating a company or cash amount and it was a horrible copy, I could hardly read what it said but yet in still the pay day application was a perfect copy although again it was not signed, had no amount listed on it and had handwritten information on it which was definitely not my handwritting stating the amount borrowed and it had some incorrect information on it about me.
