Have you verified the purpose for which the person is calling you? I will pick up the phone and know the reason for calling me. There are federal and state laws regarding the phone calls placed at the consumer's end. It must be within the legal lines. You must place your complaints at the local AG's office and the BBB also and request them for investigation.
