About two months ago I lost my job (actually, my temp assignment ended) and went several weeks without income. I missed my rent, electric, and a most of my credit card payments. I started a new job a week ago that is very secure and long term, but I will be waiting until the 19th of this month for my first paycheck, which is too long to wait on bills. I received a legal notice from my apartment complex today saying that they filed for eviction and that I can stop the process if I pay within the week. I have applied for a couple of payday loans, but they all came back in the $400 range, which doesn't cover the $550/mo rent, plus the backdue $200, and the legal processing fees that my apartment will charge me of $200. I applied for a loan with M&T Bank of Pennsylvania, and they declined it because I have delinquent accounts on my record (which were not a problem a few months ago.) I have seen a lot of people talk about T&C and would like to know more about it. I am desperate for at least $1500 to get me back on my feet (payment arrangement with the electric company for $191 on 5/17, mastercard people annoying me over 2 missed payments) and need to know if anybody knows of a loan company that can assist me. Thanks...

Hi shupej

You will receive a call from the consultant shortly. He will review your debt accounts and offer you easy repayment options. Don't take a loan to pay off the past debts. I can understand the situation which compelled you to take payday loans and meet the needs.

I hope you won't have enough problems coming out of debt because you are acting responsibly right from the beginning. Talk to the consultant and you will find yourself in a lighter side.

I am sad to hear about this situation you are going through. If this court summons looks legal, you must attend the hearing. Explain the situation to the judge so that he can make arrangements for you. Don't worry, the judge will ask you to pay the debt without force and after analyzing your present financial situation.

Meanwhile, let your consultant negotiate with the landlord and possible make an arrangement. There is a chance that the landlord might take the case back.
