Good for you :) Also, cashnet is full of crap if they think that you can't take them to court, michael. They must abide by the laws of the consumer's state. I have this is wrting from three different attorney general's offices. They have been quiet for me lately but I will still pursue the matter once I get a couple of others taken care of including United Cash Loans. I also received a response from the office of the bank commissioner in Delaware today. I had filed a complaint against Cash in A Wink because they have broken so many laws that it's not funny. They will be investigating the matter further so I will take this as a positive sign. :)

Yes I have just did it on friday. I close out my account last thursday and I had to pay cashnetusa $100. Now it has gone up to $600.
400- principal
100- refinance
100- additional fee.
Imma call them and ask them for the copy of the agreement.

From my experience with defaulting, the companies that settled with me explained that I could get my debits stopped if they put my account into default status and charged me a one time fee.
