I finally won! I just filed a complaint with the BBB in PA this morning. I wonder if that's what did it? Or maybe the letter Tammy sent me was the magical trick!?! Either way, it's been DONE! I'm SOOOOO HAPPY!! :D :D :D

So, one thing is for sure. Sonic is now on the run. Earlier they were restricted from issuing loans in Canada. Now, legal complaints are keeping them under close check and perhaps, they will be stopped to do business over here too.

Tammy, you have armed others with such powerful weapons. Everyone whom you have offered guidance will be grateful to you, indeed. :)

Hi sapphiredreams

You might be aware that Sonic has charged most of the people with excessive interest rates and fees. Now they are returning the money excessively charged from the people. But they are not doing it for all.

Would you mind explaining your problem a bit? We will figure out the best way to approach in your case.

i attempted to send 6 payments of $143.67 to these people and they refused, the guy said he would not acept it, I asked him, if he would send my payments back if I did. He said they accept no partial payments, and he would call my payroll dept. what letter can I send them certified that I made an offer, and they refused it, and what can I do to get away from the obnoxious interest?

First check the laws in your state and know if Cash Transfer Center has charged the permissible interests and fees towards your account. Cash Transfer Center is also known as Sonic Payday. They are famous for their excessive charges and interest rates. You can find suitable letters for the lenders in the ebooks section of this site. Tailor it according to your needs.

Northway Debit, Cash Transfer Centers, Sonic Cash are all AKA names of Sonic Payday. Did CTC send you about the accounts in writing? You must review the accounts before you send your payment.

No, CTC did not send me anything in writing yet. I requested one since I went with T and C to get some help.

But I am worried after reading through the posts that CTC will not cooperate with T&C.

I believe Sonic is connected with CTC, they were at one point operating out of Canada, not sure if that is still true or not. But it is possible that there are 2 different ipdl companies using Sonic in their name. I have seen this before. But Sonic is definately one of the many DBA's CTC goes by.
