I know several of you have sent quick payday a letter regarding the overpayment of fees and have got refunds or had the account settled. I would really, really, really appreciate it if somebody could pm me a copy of a letter requesting the refund or settlement. Thanks for your help in advance!

Payday2go has an irreovacably wage assignment and my job honored it - they are taking money now - I live in the state of Maryland - is that legal? I would like to stop this from coming out of my paycheck if I can - is there a way -

Your job place should not have honored the wage assignment because they are completely revocable under the laws. You must have signed the contract with the company mentioning about the wage assignment. Read your contract for more information about the wage assignment deal.

Have a look at the page below for further information on wage assignment process.

You cannot revoke a wage garnishment ordered by the court. The laws state that a court hearing is fixed where both the parties explain their case. The judge will make decisions at the end of the case and direct legal actions that cannot be revoked. Wage garnishment is one form of them.

dd,
wage assignments are not legal contracts..They're not ILLEGAL, but they do have to be authorized by you. Send a wage assignment revocation letter immediately to you employer and the pdl company. Also, if you have any other loans that are in default, do the same for them. You can search the site for a copy of the letter, or it's really simple to come up with your own. As soon as the wage assignment is stopped, however, you may want to contact the pdl and make an arrangement with them..They could attempt to get a judgement for garnishment after the assignment is denied.
