From what I understand, you can't consolidate secured debts, such as a car loan, mortgage, etc. However, you can surely consolidate those credit cards!! A counselor will call you back and discuss about the accounts you wish to consolidate. You can combine all the bills into one monthly pay off and set up a payment plan. The consultant will send your payments to the creditors and your accounts will get paid in the program.
