I guess most of the lenders won't be assured until a couple of payments are received by them. Some lenders do make the calls in the beginning but they stop after a while. I will always let my consultant know about this so that he is aware of the lender's activities.

Same situation here. I just got a call here at work for me reguarding a PDL and my question is should I call T&C and tell them that they called? I am not sure if all the creditors got the proposals. Should I wait a few more days or have T&C call and explain to them that I am in the program with them? Help please. Thanks

You do know that T&C has an email that you can send stuff to, but they can't answer any back? I was thinking about sending them a message, cause I am on the west coast and when I get home they aren't there. Do you want me to PM you the email?

It could be the original companys policy to not deal with those types of companies. They don't have to if they don't want to. But in the event they do you need to contact your rep and have the acct removed from the agency because as long as they have the acct they have the right to contact you if their policy dictates that they can.
