Apple Payday?

Yep, I've dealt with Apple..They were the very first payday loan I paid off. My goodness..They debited you since January 2005? How much was your loan for? Did you only loan once, or did you re-loan several times? I will pm you some info.

Talk to your bank about the debits done by Apple Payday. They will place the debits on dispute and force the company for verification. The company has to come up with valid details on each debit or else, you can pursue legal actions on charges of unauthorized withdrawals.

My account was closed since last week.

sapphiredreams, I will insist to inform your bank about these withdrawals. Perhaps, they will do something even if your account is closed.

I wish I never got into this PDLs mess. It is exhausting to keep up. *sighs*

Don't feel bad about it. We learn from our mistakes each day. I know that you will never fall into this mess in the future. I have also learnt from my past mistakes. It's good that we are coming out as educated human beings aware of the legal rights. We will never feel intimidated in the future.

Yes, I will never fall into this mess again. It's very draining and time consuming to be dealing with those darned PDLs.

I have learned so much ever since I came across this forum. Knowledge is power and I no longer feel afraid. Now I know I can take them on and will be left standing stronger after I get this mess straightened out. It is definitely a good lesson to learn and I will NEVER advise anyone to take out a PDL, ever.

yep, pdls are not a good time. From reading your posts, though, I think you're gonna be just fine...You seem to have the bull by the horns

Ask your bank to block the payer code of the company doing the debits. Once it's blocked, they won't be allowed to debit from your account with different amounts.

I took out a payday loan through apple payday but I can't remember the e-mail address and they keep taking money out of my checking account. I have no way to contact them and on my statement from the bank they don't give a number to call or a way to contact them either. I can't remember when I took it out with out looking though my bank statements which I shoul do but I do know it was months ago. This last 2 week they took out $96, the 2 weeks before it was &110. It just doesn't ever end. I m so sick of this and my husband is upset with me because I can't remember how to contact them. What do I do? Anybody have any suggestions.

I too am having trouble. Has anyone found a way to contact these people? I want to pay them off .... but I don't know how.

If you call 888-666-1270, you can speak to an Operator (keep pressing "0" until someone finally answers...if you get a recording to leave a message, just keep pressing "0") and you can make arrangements to pay off. I just did today.
