United Cash Loans

For future reference, if anyone takes out a loan with United Cash Loans, be advised it is VERY difficult to pay it off. I took out a $300 PD loan in April and they charged my account every two weeks a $90 renewal fee. These guys will do nothing but take out $90 from your account every two weeks and eventually, like 6 weeks after the original loan date, they start charging the $90 fee PLUS $50 paydown. I had to jump through a few hoops, scan and email in a form authorizing them to pay it off and they followed through with that on my last pay day.
Anyway, on to my concern, I haven't seen much of this company mentioned on the board, but I was just wondering if they have a history of going "Cash Today" on their customers.
I have notified my bank about possible future unauthorized charges from this company.
Thanks in advance for the heads up, advice, crack backs, etc!

They stayed United Cash for me but I ended up paying $2000 for a $300 loan because they kept debiting my account; even AFTER they got the principle. You definately should send an ACH permission withdrawal letter. (See Example Below) Then tell your bank for sure that they are not to allow ANY ACH debits from that company for any reason.

Any attempt to do so is in violation of state and federal laws. This is an attempt to correct your records; any information obtained shall be used for that purpose. Send them a realllly nasty letter stating you won't pay anymore, that you've paid your loan in full and you demand your account "paid in full"
They're in big trouble due to licensing issues and have been working with most people here in closing accounts.
Keep emailing your requests....You will hear something eventually

So far so good but I'll just keep my eye out for them over the next several weeks.

Chase bank doesn't care if you send a letter revoking authorization. I have over 1600.00 in fees from Chase bank from payday lenders continuing to debit my account...after revocation. Ambassador debited 7 times in one day!!!!! and I was charged fees for this. Chase bank said that there is nothing I can do and I will have to make the account current or wait for it to get charged off. I am negative 1600.00 and it is all fees!!!!! They said that since i had given them authorization, they continue to have authorization.
Thankfully I'm not with Chase Bank! That would absolutely suck,

it does trust me...it does. it will suck for Chase when Illnois' AG makes them refund it to me.
If you have revoked permission, then any money that was debited
If you have revoked permission, then any money that was debited was in fact stolen. The word "steal" means: to take unlawfully ~ transitive and intransitive verb to take something that belongs to somebody else, illegally or without the owner's permission. Go to the police tell them what happened and implicate Chase in "aiding and abetting" criminal behavior.
