They can't legally. The next time she calls, and she will call again, tell her simply that on this date I faxed and emailed a letter stating...read the letter. Then inform her that she and her company is violation of your written request to cease and desist calling you at your place of business, the FCRA and the fdcpa. They'll back off.

CashNet 500 is not a collection agency, they are not legally required to follow the fdcpa laws of the Cease and desist letter. But you can always notify them in writing to stop calling you at work. They should follow your request if you have worked out arrangements with them.
You can get some understanding about CashNet 500 in the thread below.

Yes, I have had a problem with these folks as well and I'm not sure how long they are going to harass me...but the best thing to do is to tell your co-worker to tell them that you longer work there. Do you have caller ID at work? so you can identify who's calling you? They probably won't stop harassing you until they get an answer...I tell ya', these PDL companies are little kids...just the way they respond...so childish.

They should respect your wishes if you have requested in writing not to contact you at work. Next time they call you, tell them you are recording the conversation and that they are putting in your job in jeopardy by calling you at work. Also, check to see if this pdl is even licensed in your state to loan money. I doubt that they are and this might be a violation of your state laws.
