Paycheck Today

I asked few days ago and I have not got any response in regards to this company.

I just went to my original loan documents and at the very bottom it has the following:

Paychecktoday.com | 515 G SE | Miami | OK | 74354-8224

I think this might be the address.

T&C called them and they are refusing to give their mailing address.

Is it irritating? If they want payments, they need to provide T&C with the mailing address.

I am with T&C program and paychecktoday is one of accounts I have. FUN!

I just contacted T&C with the mailing address above and they are going to forward the payment there.

T&C said they are being very rude and not cooperating. So, I hope that the address above is the right one. It is irritating, it's not like we aren't trying to pay them.

They are part of Rio Resources if that is the address they are using. Search through the threads and find much more very interesting information on Rio Resources, United Cash Loans, OneClickCash, 500Fastcash, etc. They have lots of names and lots of "fans".

Let me know how it goes with T&C and paychecktoday.

Makes you wonder when they were being this uncooperative and rude if they were doing illegal business? It's ridiculous.

Sue, are you kidding me? I have a loan already with Rio Resources as well as paychecktoday.

No I'm not kidding you, I wouldn't do that about them. They do loan under "several" different names but all have the same address and parent company.

Is that legal? That's insane. *sighs*

I tried to access the paychecktoday website but it is currently down. No server found. Interesting.

No it's not legal and neither are they. Good luck with them.

Well I appreciate the info with paychecktoday's address, that is one of the ones that T&C kept asking me for also. I wonder sometimes how these people get up in the morning and go to work all the while knowing that they are not a reputable organization.

I just went to the BBB website and I can't find anything for them anymore. I have overpaid this loan and I have a feeling they sent me to Smith, Haynes and Watson. I haven't heard from them in months and I have sent them numerous emails and letters. Then all of a sudden I get a voicemail message from Smith HAynes and Watson with a reference number and I think it's my account with paychecktoday. I took out a 300.00 loan and they took out $360.00 in renewal fees. I live in Florida and the law prohibits rollovers.
