Have you received summons from the court? You must show your appearance at the court. Situations in your favor will go contrary if you ignore the court orders. It is better to explain the situation to the judge and work out some arrangements in the first place.

There really isn't a "form" response to summons letter. You need to response in your own words describing your situation , and what efforts you have made to resolve the matter at hand, and what results (or lack there if ) you have seen as a result.

I have been served for credit debt. What paper work do I need to pick up from the court to answer the summons?

You need to file and turn the summon in the same day.if you dont have money they will wave fees.wait for court day.
