Refund Letter from United Cash

After sending the "infamous" refund letter to United Cash, I received back from them a kind of strange letter saying they would not give me a refund, but would close it and "take it as a loss". The remaining balance was $145.00. I am wondering if anyone else has received a letter like this from United Cash? There is a settlement and agreement letter that I have to sign and FAX by June 6 or they will continue to pursue collection of the debt.

What does the letter say? I can also PM you with my fax number

Sounds like they wised up. I didn't receive a settlement and agreement letter from them, as United Cash Loans or OneClick. I don't remember anyone else mentioning it either.

I'm glad that you at least have the loan marked paid in full.

Keep all letters in a safe place for future reference. United Cash Loans is notorious for stating a loan is paid in full then come back and say that you still owe money.

I haven't heard of anyone getting a refund from them either. I think I would be happy with the loan being zeroed out at this point or keep being persistent with them to see where it goes.
