Hi LessIsMore

Your blog is very informative and gives a deeper insight. Filing for bankruptcy is a tough decision. Although, it leaves a negative stain in the credit report, but eventually, the debts get discharged.

Bankruptcy is a solution for those going through financial stress and is unable to pay their increasing bills. The federal bankruptcy is designed for someone to begin with a fresh start. These days, the process is not that much easier. A person has to go through credit counseling before he is allowed to file for bankruptcy.

I picked some of the threads for the newbie for a better understanding.
