No Response PDL-need advice

I would keep sending the letter, and even mail it if you haven't done so. It took me weeks of faxes to get Quikpayday to give. Good luck.

Ok, I will, this is LiquidCash which it seems noone here has heard of. I feel like though if I just keep sending the ltr they will know I am not doing what I am threatening ya know?

set4sail do you think I should call, or just keep faxing & mailing??? I really don't want to talk to them. I REALLY think this is some fly by night company due to a previous post I did a while back & noone had heard of them.

I wouldn't call them. If you don't mind me asking what is your balance and are they willing to work with T&C?
Personally, I would remove them from T&C and see what happens, but then I'm witchy like that sometimes lol.

The balance is $390 I believe. I have it all the paperwork at work. They were one of the first ones to respond to T&C! That is why I was thinking I will just take them off!! I guess we think witches think alike!!!!!! :twisted:

Have you tried filing complaints against them with the BBB or others, that may get them to respond. That is the only way I could get UCL and OneClick to respond. Keep sending it, and you're right, us witches do think alike. :wink:

Sue, I haven't actually filed the complaints, because I wasn't sure what it REALLY did. Do they contact the actual company after the complaint? I thought it was just something they documented & kept a file of on their end????

The BBB will forward the complaint to the company that the complaint was received on and give them 30 days to respond. Some of the lenders don't bother to respond, but there are alot of them that respond with unbelievable responses.

I agree with you there. You guys should here some of the responses from one of our favorite companies. I can't believe some of the lies they tell to a government agency. It really boggles my mind and enforces the fact they are not a legit company. I've never heard of Liquid Cash myself, but did you take the loan online, lgall?

I think the BBB lets some of these companies get away with their stupid, false responses because they know they are illegal and conducting illegal means against their customers. I have had 3 pdls that have bold faced lied ain their response and then I forwarded the bbb result along with my complaint to the AG and that is when I got appropriate response from the pdls. I am down to one left and they will not budge at all. I have overpaid them way more than they are owed and I have filed complaints against them and waiting for the responses to see what my next step will be.

The Payday Loan Avenger...yes, I did take it online. If you look up Liquid Cash you can't find it. It is really weird. I did take them off my T&C acct. If they are not going to respond I am not sending them any more $$. I am scared though this will show up like 3 yrs down the road to haunt me. Of course I have copies of the ltrs I have sent 2nd & 3rd req. Any more suggestions????

File the complaint against Liquid Cash online at the BBB.

If you sent the letters requesting the information or if you tried to get a debt verification from the company with no responses, then there is nothing more you can do. Make sure you CC'd the letters to your state AG.

When it comes to the worse (I highly doubt it with those illegal pdls), you have the proof you attempted to get in touch with the company and tried to work something out. They did not respond so its their loss.
