Deserve Addl Refund from QuikPayday

Ok guys I recd a refund from QPD. However, they didn't send the amt I was due because they said I still had an outstanding balance of $120...no idea where they even got that figure because prev e-mls state the balance was $400. Here is the best part..... I have a ltr stating they had already marked my acct pd in full before any refund issue came up. I sent another ltr stating this info w/ the ltr they had sent, but was told they would not be sending the addl amt. Should I just take it & leave it or pursue this $120?

:) Not a problem. I know I would be peeved about them discovering this new balance, but at least they are off your back, and not on your T&C acct.

I'm so glad that you are having such luck with the pdl companies.

Consider yourself lucky for getting a refund from them. They marked my account paid in full and then I asked for a refund and they denied it - which is unbelievable because I had been with them for like 3-4 YEARS and yes I know Ihad way overpaid them.
