GC Services....Possible law suit.

Ok, I finally got ahold of an attorney to talk to about GC Services. About a month ago, I posted about a collector named Eddie who was calling my co-workers and telling them he's going to garnish my wages. Then about a week later, I got a bill for .01. (One cent.)
I got ahold of a guy here in Columbus who specializes in collection law. I meet with him on June 2.
We'll see how it goes.
Anyone have any ideas on what I should bring with me when I meet him?

The only thing I have in writing from them is the bill for one penny, and no contracts. But I am having the employees he spoke to write statements for me.
