Since going with T&C I have received very few phone calls from any of my lenders or pdl's. I think maybe 4 at the very most (it has been over a month now). Should I just accept my good fortune or is this not normal and I should expect the other shoe to fall?

Perhaps, they are now assured about your regular payments. Usually, the lenders make the collection calls for a period of two months. During this period, they check if you are regular with your payments.

You primary concern should be to see that your payments are getting posted towards your debt accounts. If this happens, you are surely on the way to become debt free.

This is a common game with HSBC. THey sued me claiming they hadn't received any payments and they weren't posting the accounts with the payments. Jessica at T&C was very helpful getting copies of the contracts, copies of the cancelled checks proving that they had received the payments and cashed the checks. HSBC will screw you over in a heartbeat and think nothing about it. Be very catious when dealing with them.
