I don't know who you need to talk to, but, for myself, I am closing my checking account and stopping payments from my checking account, until I hear further from this company. I refuse to pay ANY MORE interest payments. This should have been taken care of 6 months ago and they are STILL deducting finance charges from my checking account. NOT ANY MORE!~!!!!
