no response from quikpayday

It will take some time for them to respond. Keep pestering them and you'll get your results. It will take some patience on your part.

Keep your letters in a folder for records along with the receipts of the green copy. You will be able to prove the matter being taken care of.

I'm getting pretty frustrated waiting on them. I've been sending this thing 3 or 4 times a day. Does anybody have a fax#?

are you emailing or sending them by us mail? It generally takes a few weeks to get any progress from them. If you are sending by us mail, make sure you send it certified.

I faxed my letters & e-mailed them.....I recd responses w/in 2 days...My refund chk came when they said it would as well. Just wanted to give you my input :)

Yep, and hopefully by the afternoon you will have the response. If you don't hear anything by this afternoon, I would resend the letter.

As far as I know mine wasn't forwarded to uppder management, collections handled it. Do you still need a fax number? I also have an email address that I did get responses from pretty quickly. PM me if you need either.

Quikpayday is cash central now...They flood my inbox with their ridiculous emails, they even sent me one inviting me to apply for a job with them!! I don't know if they're actually playing right and following the rules now, though. Their website is pretty coy, and I can't seem to be able to find their licensing info, of course.

I have filed complaints against Quik Payday with my state Attorney General's office and the BBB. I sent them, via email and fax, a letter requesting a refund of overpaid interest. I sent letters originally on May 17. The responded to me fairly quickly at first, and on May 30 I got an email from Amber saying she had forwarded the matter to upper management. Since then, in spite of emailing and faxing them numerous times a day, I have not gotten one response from them. Nothing saying they would send a refund, would not send a refund, NOTHING. In over a month, no response. Don't know if filing the complaints will help or not, but I filed them last week.
