This will serve to confirm that the above referenced account has been satified in full.

Now my question is, Shannon stated that if it was received on Wednesday, that the balance would be $1581.31, and now they are saying .64 is still owed. How can that be? Of course Shannon is off on Fridays and Ashley stated that the account is marked paid in full and not to worry about it. I know this is a stupid question, but can another collection agency come after me for the .64 still owed? I know it is a crazy question, but want to cover all basis.
paid in full letter
Well, you would think that to chase after 64 cents would be a waste of manpower. Maybe on Monday you can talk to Shannon and ask her if it can be dropped.
a paid in full letter finally!
Congratulations on (finally) getting the letter. If it were me I think I would just get a money order for the .64 and pay it off. You never know what will happen in the future and I surely would not want to have some stupid collector coming back for .64 that they added a bunch of fews on. Good job, Tammy!!!
pif letter (paid in full)
What gets me is the fact that they state the account is satisfied, but still showing $.64 and I wouldn't put it past HSBC to sue again for the small change.
I hadn't thought about how they just might not give a rip and wo
I hadn't thought about how they just might not give a rip and would sue you for just 64 cents and say it was the principle of the thing. I vote for the 64 cent money order myself.
letter saying paid in full
I am going to send a money order in the morning. .49 for a money order and .39 for postage is going to cost more to send than what they claim is still owed.
Yes but it will be worth it to have them say the balance is zero

pif letter
I found out this morning that the .64 cent charge is because it wasn't at their office at 8:30 when they opened. They never said a word about this. But it is all cleared up and done with.
paid in full letter
So how could it have been there by 8:30 when they opened, what a joke! I think they could have written it off for you since it was paid in full. You didn't hear from anyone yesterday?? The girls were probably trying to clean up the messes from being out on Friday, lol. Good to hear it's taken care of!!
getting a paid in full letter
I finally got one of them to take the call this morning. They knew it was coming overnight. Overnight has to be delivered no later than 10am. This law firm is nothing but a farce. I have left a message for my attorney and waiting for him to call back and see what he says the next step is.
paid in full letter
with more considerations.i am turning this whole matter over to the united states investorgaters office.
