anyone familliar with TYMPANA LIMITED?

I have not heard about this company. Are they calling you for some debt account? It's strange that a company based in Jamaica is calling you if this is the case. They need to be licensed in US before making such move. I will run a check on this company and let you know.

i've been recieving many phone calls a month from the same company. i called them repeatly telling them that the person they are seeking is not me under my number. i warned them constantly that i will file harassment charges and i will follow through with this some time this week. these people do not understand that they are annoying!!!

Guest #2, if you haven't filed your complaints with the AG's office by now, do it. Perhaps, you can stop the calls only after pursuing some legal actions against the company.

Tympana acquired my old Pacific Bell account from Asset Acceptance. I gave them a call and indeed, the rep has a deep accent and was annoyed at me for not understanding her! Their website is tympana.com. They actually have pics of their employees there and they do not look professional at all, some even wearing skimpy outfits. I asked for a validation letter and was told it will arrive in the mail in 8-10 days. I'm hoping that this co. is legit because I didn't find any reviews on them except an account of 2 complaints with the BBB. I will keep you posted.
