Telmerica refuses to mark the account Paid in Full

I am so fed up with their shit. Shaniqua called my husband at work and stated to him that htey haven't received one payment and if payment in full wasn't received by 4pm this afternoon they were going to process. He told them to go ahead and process him that they have violated a cease communication letter that was sent to them and signed by hubby and his plant manager. He told the little twit that he will be filing harassment charges against them as soon as they hung up and miraculously she found the payments and the cease communication letter and stated that he wouldn't receive anymore phone calls. We go thru this every month. They refuse to mark the account paid in full stating that we haven't paid enough. Well I have a problem with that, because according to our bank statements and payments paid thru T&C they have recevied over $1000.00 on a $300.00 loan and I think it is time to pull out the ammo and start firing. I am so tired of this! After hubby called me all pissed off and got done yelling at me, I called T&C and we done a conference call and the **** had the nerve to deny even calling him. So we called him at work and got the time of the call and them we done another converence call and once again miraculously, they found in the notes where they had called and stated they will never call again and I said yeah right, you call every month. We went from you saying you were receving payments by western Union to this and I will be notifying the AG's in Tennessee and Delaware, BBB and the FTC for the harassment they seem to get off on doing. I am to the point of going postal on them.

Tammy, do you maintain the proof of the payments done? These receipts are your valuable proof in case a contradiction takes place.

Unfortunately, they won't act in the best of their behavior unless you throw a case and force to pay you the damages done. Under the federal laws, every phone call violating the cease and desist communication needs to be compensated.

Sounds like these pdl companies are coming out of the wood work lately. I told you about my incident yesterday. I would drop them from the plan, you've paid well over the loan amount plus any applicable finance charge. I would file the proper complaints and go from there. It's amazing how things change once they hear from the attorney general's office. :x

I need to know how I can contact Telmerica. My boyfriend had a loan w/ them & he wants to pay it in full but he can't find their phone #. They kept on taking out the money every payday from his checking account.
