In the past two days I have seen two different people post requesting T&C's contact info. While many people have had glowing things to say regarding T&C's virtues as a reputable debt consolidation company I have yet to see anyone provide any contact info for them. So I will add my voice to the chorus requesting this information. What is T&C's contact information? It would be greatly appreciated. And yes, I have registered and received my free on the phone debt consultation and it was very helpful, but I have determined that I would like some more options to consider as far as a debt consolidator goes and from what I have read T&C sounds like a real contender. any info would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

I am sorry I don't have the info about T&C. As you are comparing your options, have you talked to your lenders and offered them a payment plan? I heard T&C has a retainer fee for this program. Try to do the negotiations on your own so that you can save the retainer fees. Some payday lenders are easy to work with, whereas some aren't. You must give a try and compare the quotes.

Talk to your lenders and arrange a payment plan. You will like to get them off your back. Ensure that you are regular with your payments after the plan is fixed. It will be a relief to get down one by one. Give priority to those loans that are catching the highest interest rates and fees. Look into your state laws for the permissible interest rates and fees. You can also check out the attorney general website of your state for more information on payday loan regulations.
