I was contacted by a law firm in FL after filling out the info on this site, unfortunately I didn't get back with them, I don't know if you have a list of who contacts who, or should I fill out the info again?

Jennifer, you can fill out the info again and note down the name of the company after the sign up is done. You will be sent to a page giving out the name of the company offering you the free counseling. It might happen that the email address you entered earlier will not be taken this time as it is already there in the system. Use a different email address or call the customer care at 800-601-1579. They might do the arrangements for you.
