I currently have payday loans out I can't pay them all what is the best solution I am waiting to get my tax return when do they usually put you in collection and send you to court. I live in Kansas.

I need help and am trying to open a thread and it keeps saying it is saved as spam and needs moderator approval...what should i do???

Trying to post a thread in paydayloan help...hit ask an expert and I do everything proper and it saya saved as spam....should be under my name PaydayHelpOhio...am I doing something wrong????

Debts are civil, not criminal. You cannot be arrested. Please list the names of your lenders, what was the original principal amount borrowed, and how much you have paid back so far. It very well may be that they are illegal. Answer these questions and we can help you further.
