Hi,
I need some help gathering information for the fraud department for my bank. What evidence do I need to provide to the bank to make my case? I have seen on here that other people have a hard time with the bank since they do not understand the loan laws. I am disputing charges and freezing our account in the process. I am disputing the following loan companies:

-Hydrafund
-Access funds/global cs/midland coporation

I have notified all parties in writing by email and fax of ACH Revocation and that they are doing illegal business.

If you provided copies to the bank revoking ACH authorizations and the bank allowed the charges to go through then the bank is liable by fed law... You would have had to notify 3 days prior to the debits coming out.. Why were you unable to secure the account prior to sending emails?

All you should need to provide the bank is copies of your ACH revoke letters. Prior to you sending them it will be hard to dispute charges you had given them authorization. Tell them that you have paid these off and they continue to debit so your account has been compromised.

I did send the letters but we were unable to close the account prior. We did have 2 companies not debit the account (Lakota Cash and Sigma Financial).
