Is anyone with me in saying that this "Guest" who keeps posting T&C's number is in the wrong by giving other forum guests the wrong impression of what this site is really about...People helping people?

Who's with me?

Ok, moderators, you have the rights..I see Mike editing out the phone number and attaching a note with it. Tammi, you also have the rights and so do some others also, like Jessi, avenger, Mikey, Clay, Mary, JJ, Ari, john, etc. I think the poster who is giving out the phone number is doing this purposely because he might be aware of the forum rules. If not, he is reading this thread and will get it.

He browses the complete forum, looks for people who are in problems with payday loans and then does something against this forum. He is not having a clean intention.

well, why would they want everyone to have T&C's number then? Without getting help, or anything?

I think that a PDL "spy" would be advocating for consumers to call them and deal with them directly...not try to steer them into a PDL consolidation company, where they WON'T get as much money as if they try to scheme their way into our bank accounts!

I don't know if this fits in with this post or not but I have been wondering if T&C could be one of the companies that does the free consultation. When someone joins the forum and they are having issues with PDL wouldn't T&C be a good company to contact the,. I don't know if the companies pay in to this forum or anything but is this something that can be approached?

I want to clear some things up that might be confusing you all. I wasn't here to attack anyone or put out negative posts. I do not represent the PDL industry or any kind of credit counseling. I got into debt trouble with Payday loans, credit cards and 2 utilities from a past apartment complex. I used T and C to consolidate and they did a great job. I posted the number because someone in another thread asked for it repeatedly. I didn't know that it was against the rules (Mike, I did not break rule No. 3 as it was not a solicitation). I see in other threads where someone asks for the number to Sonic Cash (as an example) and their contact information is made readily available. I don't see the difference. Someone asked, I had the anwser and I provided it. The whole issue is bothersome to me because the way I see it, the only time a number is provided is when someone wants to complain. Am I crazy for thinking that?

You're not crazy in thinking that. And I don't know why the rules are the way they are, I just know they must be there for a reason. Just like any other rule, and it must be followed just like any other rule.

You're not wrong for wanting to help, but perhaps some people will benefit from credit counseling or other additional forms of help besides T&C's number. I don't think that by simply calling up T&C, their problems will be solved. Who's to say they won't sign up with T&C and then get right back into the PDL cycle? Because that is highly likely without support.

Hi Free of Debt

I appreciate your thoughts about helping others. I also understand that you were going through some financial problems like many here and have been able to take care of it with success. Your consolidation company had been a great help to you in this regard.

We have not yet started posting the numbers of consolidation companies in the forums. But it is surely in our 'to do list'. At present, we have not decided with anything on that matter. This is the reason, number of consolidation companies can be rarely found ONLINE. With that said, I guess to have addressed your concern largely.

Please join our community if you are interested.

Regards
Mike
