I receved an email with this as the title. It is from PD6 Ventures/Express Cash which I do not remember very using them as a payday loan. I have paid off all but one of my payday loans and am making arrangements to pay the last one off right now over the next several months in installments. I receive emails all the time offering new PDL's but I say DELETE and I will never use one again.

I was just wondering if anyone else received this email (this is what it stated inside the email):

Note: I have responded to you with VERY detailed information relating to the debt owed. I don't possess ALL the necessary payment information to prevent further action. Please respond or more fees will be added and further actions will be taken! Not responding will ONLY make matters worse.

I have sent you this email already and have ALL the necessary information ready to collect the balance in FULL. Please contact me ASAP! This is a very serious matter and can't be held up in this office any longer. Please respond before COB 6/19/06.

Date to respond by: 6/19/06

I never received any information before so I responded:

To whom it may concern,

I have been paying off my debts slowly one by one and have one more pay day loan that I currently owe on which is not this one. Please send to me via email what you have stated below that you have already forwarded to me because I NEVER received anything from you regarding a debt with your company.

I will be awaiting your reply and then upon clarification that this debt is owed by me, I will make payment arrangements accordingly. I do not want phone calls at all either at work or at home because my work place is a cubicle environment and my home I am not usually available there M-F because I work approximately 1 hour from my home.

I do appreciate your willingness to work with me and I do apologize for being late on the debt (once it has been verified). I had circumstances that arose beyond my control and therefore some debts were set aside until I was able to begin to pay back my obligations.

Thank you for your understanding.
Cordially,
my name

I believe I have made an admiral attempt to have this debt validated because I am not ever paying someone just because they say I owe them, I did that with Ellis & Crosby and they messed me up BIG time.

Please advise if anyone has any information on this.

Thanks!

I may feel that the company is mistaken in locating you for someone else. Request them for an itemized statement when they say they have not received the full payments. You need to know if they are making the right contact with you. Or, an account that remained unknown to you till this information came out. I believe you should call them over the phone for instant follow up.

This is my second email....

The reason why no one has contacted you for 1 is because both of these contracts that you defaulted on are pre-legal. It's been since 2004 with no
Communication nor voluntary payments to pay either off. I would rather get information on you then proceed to persue you. I would think that this could have been paid in full or settled but you refused to do so. You owe (PD6) The Loan Shop $160 & Mount Oread Ventures $740. You can settle on the Mount Oread for $375 the other you can not. Now if I give you the opportunity to pay both without proceeding against you, I will need a response within (24) hours of this email. If I don't hear from you then this offer will be voided and will continue to persue you.

This is the newest email, anyone else get this? Any advice? I do not have $$$ currently to give this guy so what does he expect. If I do not answer what will happen? More threats. He also left me a message at home on my home answering machine....

Anyone else get this?

Let me know.
Thanks!

I did respond to the email and asked for confirmation in writing because I thought I had already paid off this debt thru a collection agency. I told him that in my response via email and I requested no further phone messages be left at my home answering maching. I also told him it would be better to resolve this issue between him and I instead of pursuing it legally and that I needed to have payment arrangements that I could afford. I already have debt that I cannot pay off and he is not going to get anywhere by making threats over the phone.

I hope that he will work with me. Anyone else getting this email?

Let me know.
Thanks!

Got this new email from this payday loan company. I have sent them $100 so far and was working with them. They then stated that they needed additional money quicker than I could offer it. I offered to give them dates and information to take money out of my checking or my debit card and now I receive this. Should I be worried. I cannot afford to loose my job, I have kids to support.

HELP...I hope someone else out there has this issue.

I received the exact same email from them this morning.

http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/collection-agencies/about14575.html

I had been making payment arrangements to them through my debt management program but I filed bankruptcy last month. I immdiatly emailed the individual back and gave her my bakruptcy info and told her to contact my attorney with any further questions.

Maybe they are getting ready to go out of business and they are tying to hurry up and collect money...Not quite sure...but it seems weird that they will accept peoples payment arrangements and then start to threaten them.
