Hi all. I am trying to read all the threads from may 22nd-now. Was in a car accident and broke my left arm. Just had my 2nd sergery last week and is on the mend. Just wanted to say I have paid off 1 PDL through T&C and they have been good to work with. My question is......do they ask for another retainer fee if I add a medical bill to my accounts? Thanks!

as far as I know, you can add or delete accounts from your contract with them with no additional fee. When I first started, I paid the retainer fee and then a week later, I realized I had left out 1 PDL, so I added it, and I did not pay an additional retainer fee.
