Does anyone have any information regarding this company? Were there ever any threads discussing this company? I've looked around but haven't had any luck.
The BBB doesn't give a positive review of their services, hence I'd like to find out more about them. Thank you. Johnny

When I ran into financial trouble about a year ago, I signed up with them. That was before I discovered this site obviously. Well now I've paid off all of their fees, and now they're telling me to start setting aside about $200 in a savings every month that will soon be used to negotiate with my creditors. Meanwhile, my credit continues to suffer and I have to save up for about 1 year before I have enough in my account to "settle" with all four of the creditors I owe. Is this how most debt consolidators work? I'm stuck with this company since I've already paid them about $1,500. That's why I wanted to hear others' experiences about them. I'm hoping someone can give me a good review to give me some confidence in this company. Thank you.

Are you in a settlement program or a consolidation program with USFM? It appears that you are enrolled in a settlement program. I guess you have the contract with the company in writing. Did they mention anywhere that if the negotiations are not successful, they are not responsible for any lawsuits filed by the creditors? If they taken your debt management program, it is their responsibility to solve your existing debt problems. You are paying them for their services and it must be fulfilled.
