I'm looking for the wage assignment letter to revoke. I hope that makes sense

All you have to do is a write a letter to the people of business which is holding a voluntary wage assignment stating your are revoking the wage assignment they hold , the date the assignment was effective, and the the date the revocation is effective. Mail it Certified Mail, return Receipt. If you think they are going to try and enforce the wage assignment, then you should also provide a copy of the revocation to your HR and Payroll departments.

Hi

Check your agreement signed with the company before sending the letter. The term 'wage assignment' should be clearly specified in the contract and that it can be easily revoked by the consumer. It must appear in the following manner mentioned in the thread below. Read this one for a sample letter of a wage revocation letter.

There is no specific letter you have to write..I work in personnell..All you need to do is write a letter that gives the date, your name, the account number or your ssn, and state that you hereby revoke the wage assignment. That's it..send a copy to your payroll and the credito, they have to honor it.
