EDollar Direct

Hi everyone. I got a call from a lawfirm today regarding a loan we had through edollarsdirect. The problem is that it has been paid for months. Now I can't find my paperwork and can't prove it, nor remember the name of the credit company I paid. I called edollars and of course had to leave a message and am still waiting for a call back. The woman from the law firm pretty much threatened me and says I owe over 600 when I paid it off it was only 430. So, reading this forum has lead me to believe that something fishy is going on with this whole situation, but I dont know what to do next. Any advice? I appreciate it, Thank you!

I recently got a pdl from edollars for 200.oo but I did not finish the application online so i did not know that I even had a loan out till I had my bank statement with 3 $60.00 withdrawls from edollars direct what should I tell these guys when i call them & thanks for the # because i could not find anything on tese guys

Around the first of February of this year I filled out an app on line for a payday loan and received an immediate response by a company know as payday 1, the email that I received from them stated that they would be funding my loan. I never received any further notes from this company about 2 days later I received a phone call from a lady but she did not say what company she was with she just stated that she was with the company that would be funding a $250.00 loan and that it would be funding with in the next day or so. after this call the money showed up in my account and a week later $75.00 was deducted from my account I was told by them that this would happen for at least 5 pay periods until the loan is payed back at the total of $300.00 well it is now going to be June and they are still deducting $75.00 I had to call my financial institute to get a phone number for them but when i call them i get no answer just a message from some lady named Bri or Bree or something like that. One time I did get someone on the phone after I left over 13 messages is the course of 2 days it was someone named Brandy when I asked her about the money that had been deducted she stated that they had no request for a pay off so what was being deducted was the service charge and that i still owed 250.00 dollars plus the transaction fee she was very short and rude and also stated that i got an email from them stating the term of the loan agreement i never saw any of this. I have tried to block them from my account but some how they get around it and still deduct that money out, I dont know what else to do other than close my account and start over, i see that many people have had problems with them also something needs to be done about it,

Edollars have taken about $90 6times for a loan of $300 i contacted them today and they told me that every amount they have taken was for finance charge i was wondering if this legal at all because this company sucks and they will ripped you off

I took a loan of 300 dollars,two years ago. i had them almost paid off and they started raising my payment,so i ouit paying them. Today,two years later i get a call from them at my work,from one of their reps,that i could not even understand him. I think he was a iranian. He told me i would be arrested at my work in 3 days,if i did not come up with 1500 dollars by 6pm. He said they have been trying to get in touch with me for 2 years.But! I have not heard anything until today. And they have my address and e mail address. The stupid iranian would not let me even get a word in. I told them i wanted to work this out,and he would not listen. I finally had to tell him to shut his f ing mouth and listen to me. But! He would not. And to top it off he told me he was a police officer. I called him 4 times and left him a message,telling him,if he is a real police officer,he would at least listen to me. He never called me back. I do not know any police officer that when you call them and you are mad,and leave a message. they do not return your call. I do not think it was a police officer. I think it was some one in their office,saying he is a cop. My wife even spoke to this so called police officer and could not get a word in ether,and he hung up on her. He told me i commited internet theft. I was paying them,so how can it be internet theft? Now! My wife is all upset and worried about me going to jail. I called and left a message with this so called cop,for someone from e dollar direct to call me,not him.So i can work this out. And i still have not heard from him!

Does anyone out there have the edollar moron s e mail address or phone # I cannot find it anywhere?
