i have a boyfriend that was told he cant be helped. he makes about 140 a week and has a lot of debt. he owes at least 10,000. he has 3 loans, 3 credit cards, and some speeding tickets that he is having trouble payingplus with the expenses of gas. he is living out of a car because of all his debt, what should he do?

Everyone can be helped, there are just different avenues that can be taken. Well, has your boyfriend registered on this site to talk to a debt counselor? I see you have registered---maybe you can talk to the debt counselor about his situation then. It seems like he should be able to consolidate his debt somehow. Is there a way he can make more money or get a second job? Make sure he or you tells the debt counselor all of your debt/earning information. Good luck.
