Statute of Limitations question
Date: Mon, 06/26/2006 - 19:41
What state does the statute of limitations apply to if you move around? I have moved 5 times in the last 5 years, living in 4 different states. So does the statute of limitations apply to the state i currently live in which is TN or the state the account was opened in which was more than likely SC?
