I keep getting emails from a William Schleppi regarding a supposed loan I have with these folks. Well now he's gone too far. I have repeatedly sent validation letters to this guy because I don't think I have ever had a loan with these people, so I want validation. He just ignores me and this last letter he told me "I don't possess ALL the necessary payment information to prevent further action." Then he proceeds to tell me that I have committed THEFT by taking the funds.

I am laughing because he just hung himself on the THEFT comment because it's in writing.

Where can I go with this? Can I report this to the police?

I had a loan with Xpress cash and the transaction showed up on my account as PD6 Ventures. On the paper work it was also Loan shop. Here is the contact information just incase you don't get anywhere with this Mark gentleman.

I don't understand why Xpress Cash is not giving you the details of the debt if it is a legitimate one. They should have the records in their system and it must be produced on request. I really doubt if they are contacting the right person here. You can report these unfair actions to the attorney general's office and request them to investigate this matter. Hope that the matter gets resolved soon.
