I'm up to my ears in payday loans. Is there anyway they can be consolidated? I need help.

Yes ANY unsecured debt can be consolidated.

First step: Sign up with this site including the bill info and everything they ask for. It's FREE.

Step two: Someone taylored to your needs will then contact you in a couple of days. Discuss your options.

Step three: Stick to the plan.

Step four: Enjoy being debt free.

What about old telephone or cable bills? Can those be consolidated? And if tey can, will that keep a person from being able to open another one oneday?
That actually depends on the consolidation company. Some do, some don't. You'll have to ask. If they don't you can ask them to refer you to someone who does.

Candy, old telephone bills and cable bills also fall into the category of unsecured debt. Hence they can also be combined into one monthly payment at lower interest rates. The counselor will negotiate with your companies for a lower amount. The service providers will issue new lines after the previous accounts are paid off.
