ok i need help again to figure this out. fsm c/a called me today told me i owed over 600.00 on a 250.00 loan. They want me to make 100.00 a month payemnts til it paid i start in july so i said. i also told them i wasnted my orginal loan docutments they siad they didn't have it so sending an emial and letter to fsm. i told them that fsm was charging above oklahoma's law they argued back said no it wasn't and i just repeatedly told the rep i want paperwork sent to me 1qst before i make any payments. so what i need help with is getting the proeper letter to the proper people the phone number that came up when they called is 1-800-392-4029. so if you could please help me out i would appreciate it so much y'all.

can you get a payment history from your bank. If you paid the principle off so far , do you really owe this much? Why would they not have a copy of your loan, maybe they don't want you to see the triple digit interest rate on the front page very top. Send them a certified letter telling them you need your payment history and orginal loan papers from them to decide if you owe them this much money, meanwhile, tell them to stop calling you.

identity_crisis04 --

I was contacted by them as well..my acount is 602 as well. We need to look something up, this is very fishy. who contacted you. At first, this guy barry dawson and then David Jones and then some other later -- I made payment arrangeent with Barry Dawson and was taken out 105 from my account and now i'm receiving numerous call from different people. I called David Jones back and told him that I already worked with Barry on this already and made payment arrangement -- he said Barry no longer works here and said that my account was transfer to him to work on. after the convo -- i did not give him any of my info-- he called back, but I didn't pick up -- he left me a v-mail asking for my checking account number. I never called them back -- after 3 weeks...i just heard from David Jones again. Do not give them any info and ask for statement of you account. or you can send the ceased and desist letter certified mail.

I found a collection agency on my CR called Armor Systems Co that is trying to collect a debt of $12.00. Is there a phone number or address on where I can contact them?

I got a call from this number 1-800-392-4029 as soon as i picked it up they hung up. Then called about an hour later. It was a pre-recorded message. Thier looking for my son whos 19 and fresh out of school. He has no bills. I don't have caller ID# but i do have *69. Like the others have said they came off rude asking for him to call back. Good luck i say we have dial-up and we're always online. Besides Banks never call you up asking for Personal info and if they say they are DEBT. Collectors and you want to pay hung up on them and call the company you OWE Money to and settle with them. Play it safe and Hang up. Never give personal Info to anyone that calls you. Whos to say they are who they say they are anyway. Go here you are not he only one getting calls.

I have been getting calls from them for months and returned the call once. I told them I had paid all my pay-day loans and if they sent me something in the mail showing the original company the loan was made with (supposedly they didn't have that!) I would provide documentation back to them. Also told them to sop calling until they sent me that information.
Please be careful who you pay. If they are not willing to send you something via US Mail, they probably are a scam company. I paid one of them once and then still owed the loan to the real collection company.

I received a called from the collection agency today (after several calls I called back) they were even calling my work every day. I was told that I owe money to FSM for a loan that they said was deposited in May. Well I never received any money deposited to my account nor did I confirm anything with FSM for a loan. I asked that to send me copies of the docs but was told they can't do that. I also told them that I woud be more than happy to send them a copy of my bank statement showing that nothing was ever deposited, then they told me that I need to go to court and file against FSM - file what I have no documentations from them for anything? Then he told me that they would not be calling me back and that I just need to go to court??? What the heck is that suppose to mean. Be careful with this collection agency.
